What is the best way to keep nutrition in produce? - commercial refrigerator freezer
I have my fruit and vegetables for the week tomorrow and I'm not sure what the best way to save for them.
1. I buy in the supermarket sector and refrigerate.
2. I buy organic and local markets and stored in the refrigerator.
3. I buy organic and local markets and products stored in the freezer.
4. I buy organic and local markets, and in a freezer to fade.
5. I buy commercially frozen fruits and vegetables, and before use.
I intend to use blended food for green smoothies (fruit and vegetables with water).
Which method preserves the diet?
THANK YOU!
HP foods are spinach, several varieties of lettuce, cabbage, turnips, High, carrots, bananas, apples, oranges, tangerines, pears and kiwis.

I recommend you cook vegetables first, and why.
Eat cooked vegetables such as spinach, the only way I found I can 200 calories per day of green leafy vegetables, no loose stools - it lowers the boiling point of hundreds of percent food acids, carbohydrates, such as folic acid or oxalic acid, which often deposits. Cooking spinach reduces pesticides 80 to 95% + said that breaking studies in the 70s, by boiling with pesticides from steam - After removing the cells in vegetable oil. Boiling kills bacteria like salmonella or E. coli problems that might somehow in the production of raw materials or commercially imported cans. Cooking of vegetables is a first step in what is easier to digest in the stomach, which would minimize the problems of the GI cancer continuall faulty digestionGi-revision and digestive system. Boiling also to improve the nutrient density or _nutrition% RDA per calorie, 10% according to USDA data for raw materials as compared to spinach.

Sorry for the poster on the other, but that's just BS. The arrival of the great human threat. Kitchen published a lot of vitamins and minerals, not to chew for hours. There is nothing wrong with the kitchen. This has helped us to people we are today.
Not be demonstrated in a recent study, organic compounds that have a superior nutritional standard culture methods. But if you take care of the environment and your carbon footprint, as would be preferable to local and organic.
If it were me, I would be with # 2 But you keep the fruit on the table if you do not use it for a while.
Options 1 to 4 are the best, but 5 is not bad. Even if you do not cook much, it will be its value. The more you prepare vegetation, fewer nutrients than canned food.
