I have my fruit and vegetables for the week tomorrow and I'm not sure what the best way to save for them.

1. I buy in the supermarket sector and refrigerate.
2. I buy organic and local markets and stored in the refrigerator.
3. I buy organic and local markets and products stored in the freezer.
4. I buy organic and local markets, and in a freezer to fade.
5. I buy commercially frozen fruits and vegetables, and before use.
